Two exciting fitness programs hosted by Carrie Slovak, B.S., C.P.T., Owner of Extreme Energy Personal Training Services, will begin on Tuesday January 29 at Dieck Elementary School in Swartz Creek. Learn cutting-edge cardiovascular, muscular and flexibility exercises in addition to health-enhancing eating practices that will work together to help you attain your wildest fitness fantasies during the Extreme Group Personal Training Program. Week 1 will begin with a one-on-one fitness consultation and fitness assessment administered by Slovak and used to set the foundation for developing each participant?s personalized fitness programming. During the following 6 weeks, participants will be challenged to achieve weekly, at-home exercise and/or nutrition goals in addition to attending the weekly class meetings. Participants will not only meet with the certified personal trainer during in-class meetings, but will also benefit from bi-weekly phone consultations. But beware
